These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at veritechsolutions.net (the “Site”), operated by VerITech Solutions (“VerITech Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site on behalf of an organisation with authority to bind it. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, “you” refers to that entity.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
The Site and all Content are owned by VerITech Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The VerITech Solutions name, logo, and brand are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written permission. Except for the limited licence in Section 3, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site (such as cloud-platform and tooling names) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The Site is provided for general information about VerITech Solutions and our work. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Any consulting, engineering, or other professional services we provide are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such an agreement regarding the Services, that agreement prevails.
When you send us a Submission, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us a licence to use the Submission for the purpose for which it was provided (for example, to respond to your enquiry or assess your application), as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site that you do not wish us to use in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party site or service. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerITech Solutions and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred euros (€100). This Section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VerITech Solutions and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
