Market-rate base plus a share of engagement margin. No equity on a trajectory we're not on, no title inflation. The title is the work.

How we work
EU timezones, documents over meetings. Travel only when a client genuinely needs a room — which is rare.
Month one
Shadow two live engagements and review the module library, then own a workstream under a principal by month two.
How we hire
30 minutes with one of the principals. No HR screen, no take-home up front. We talk about what you've actually built.
A 90-minute paired session on a real piece of Terraform or a real architecture sketch. No tricks, no whiteboard algorithms.
We talk to two people you've worked with. You talk to two of us. Both sides decide in the next week.
